Senator Dibble is co-author of S.F. 2357, a bill to increase funding for aquatic invasive species prevention and research by increasing the AIS surcharge on three year boat licenses. The AIS surcharge has not been increased since 1993.
Senator Dibble is a coauthor of SF 1968 which creates a right to clean water and requires state agencies to consider this right when developing state policies.
