Governor Dayton appoints John Linc Stine Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency

On May 9th, Governor Dayton appointed John Linc Stine as the Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.   John Linc Stine has been with the MPCA since 2011 as the Deputy Commissioner.  He has also worked as the Assistant Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Health and at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources as a hydrologist and administrator.
